The Friends of St Nicholas are dedicated to keeping the Old Kirk in the ownership of the Holm Community, and to preserving the building with its contribution to the appearance and character of the area. We also aim to make part of the building accessible and relevant to the public by creating a small archive of interest to visitors to the kirkyard. In the Remembrance area we plan to have a remembrance book, photos and biographies. Vestry open through the summer months from 10:00 till 18:00

AOCB
There was a general discussion on the c
ontinuing care and development of St.
Nicholas, and the need to explore grant f
unding to support this. The restoration of the
bellcote, new doors, and a refurbishment of
the East end porch for visitors were all
desirable. A visit to the building , possibly in
April, would be useful in helping to set
priorities.
